Do I get the discount prices on my First order and any other orders?	YES - you will get the preferred customer discount prices on your very first order and all orders that you make will be at the discount prices.
Where do I find the Points and Prices for products?	See signup form
Can I make other discount orders other than my monthly order?	YES - you can make discount orders anytime with your ID number by Internet or by Phone.
Can I change my Monthly order?	YES - you can change your monthly order by logging into your account on the Internet or by calling toll-free Pref. Customer phone number. You can change your order every month if you want to.
When do my Initial and Monthly orders ship?	Your "Initial" starting order ships when you signup and the "Monthly" order will start shipping the next month.
What is my monthly Referral Check?	As you continue to be a Pref. Customer you will start getting monthly checks (see more information below)
Can I get Free Shipping?	YES - All orders get Free Shipping, however there is a $3.95 minimum order fee for orders under $50 Pref Customer
Are there any other things I get as a Pref. Customer?	YES - Every 3 months Symmetry has a drawing for a free Vacation for 2 and you get entries into the contest based on your monthly autoship points. 30 points = 1 entry , 75 point = 2 entries, 100 points = 4 entries + free product of the month.
