Bed wetting may occur with early teenage years and with
older people. The causes can be related to urinary infections, dietary
problems, sleeping to soundly, drinking too much liquid before going
to bed, food allergies, heredity, stress,
nutritional deficiencies, and psychological problems. For young adults
stress, psychological, and poor diet issues are common causes.
Bed wetting in children and people in general
causes poor self esteem, attention
deficit disorder ADD, or other behavioral problems.
It is best to work on improving the diet by nutritional
supplementation such as vitamins and herbal formulas, as well
as improving the food eaten. Reduce drinking before bed time
may help. For children rewarding them for not wetting the bed works
better. Constipation often occurs
in children who wet the bed and in many cases this problem must be
fixed before the bed-wetting.

- do not eat processed foods white sugar, white flour, refined
carbohydrates, etc...
- use stress relief like going for walks
- do not smoke and also avoid second hand smoking
- reduce all sugar - including candy
- get exercise
