 Arrhythmia

Cardiac arrhythmia are disruptions in the natural rhythm of the heartbeat and is normally caused by  improper functioning of the electrical system cells in the heart. There are different kinds of arrhythmias. Palpitations means a feeling of a pounding heartbeat. Tachycardia is an abnormal increase in the resting heartbeat. Bradycardia is the opposite an abnormally slow heart rate. Ectopic beats are premature beats often felt as "skipped beats". Flutter and fibrillation are situations in which the normal steady beating become rapid twitching of the heart muscle. The best prevention of arrhythmia and other cardiovascular problems is not smoking especially cigarettes, reducing high blood pressure, reducing cholesterol levels if you have high cholesterol, reducing stress. People that have obesity/weight problems are more at risk of heart problems including arrhythmia. Dietary changes and good nutritional supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and omega fatty acids listed below can help either prevent or heal.
