Symmetry’s Genesis Read the
fine print… Symmetry’s Genesis says it’s a Sacred Scriptures
Formula. What does that mean? It means we’ve had a team of people
(including our Technical Research and Advisory Council) searching for
Biblical references (Gen 1:29-30; Prov 15:17) in regards to health, diet
and herbs. However, other religious texts have also been consulted,
Christian writings considered to be divinely inspired but not included
in the Bible per se, but in the Apocrypha were studied and we have also
have looked at other sacred writings such as the Koran and other sacred
texts from around the world. This ancient and divinely inspired wisdom
forms the basis for our Genesis, our Sacred Scriptures Formula. Take a

Much could be written about any of the many (more than 30) sacred
herbs contained in this formula. I’m sure you’ve heard of many, most
or even all of these potent herbs but what do you really know about
them? I’d like to give you some hopefully interesting and useful
information about these herbs and thus this formula. Space limits me
from going into all the herbs but I’ll pick a few that may be of some
special interest to you. First there is Pomegranate. This is a tasty
fruit, if you’ve never tried it – you should. Some of my Biblical
studies teachers and many other theologians believe that the pomegranate
was the “apple” talked about in the Garden of Eden. Apples as we
know them don’t really grow there and the word pomegranate means; many
seeded apple. So, it is only fitting that this herb forms the basis for
our formula. New research tells us that pomegranate has an antioxidant
potential three times stronger than green tea! That makes it one of the
most potent free radical scavengers on the planet! This would help to
fight off the degenerative disease of aging caused by free radical
damage or oxidation. Problems such as cataracts,
macular degeneration, arthritis,
diabetes, heart disease, and on and
on. Frankincense, one of the gifts to the Christ child. This herb is
very high in beneficial fatty acids. Indeed these essential fatty acids
or EFA’s are required not only for good health but for life. They have
been shown to be anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic helping both osteo
and rheumatoid arthritis. They have also been shown to be helpful in
lowering cholesterol, inhibiting leukemia and easing a number of skin
diseases including dermatitis, eczema,
and psoriasis. Ancient peoples
used this herb in the treatment of leprosy and gonorrhea. Myrrh another
of the gifts to the Christ child was used in the Egyptian process of
mummification, probably because of the strong anti-microbial properties.
This would be a potent disease fighter for you and I. It further
strengthens macrophage activity another part of our immune system. Myrrh
is very useful for sore, inflamed tissues in the mouth and throat. I’ve
found one of the best treatments for a sore throat to be mixing some
Genesis with some Aloe Plus with
some New Attitude along with
some honey and lemon juice. Heat this mixture and sip on it as often as
needed. It tastes great and soothes the throat and helps it heal very
quickly. It’s particularly good for people that need to speak a lot or
singers that use their voice often but it is also wonderful for kids and
adult fighting off a spring cold or flu bug. Cinnamon is an herb that
has at least a 4,000 year written history of medicinal use. It’s been
used to treat diarrhea and arthritis. It’s also been shown to be good
for menstrual disorders and because it’s high in terpenoids
(anti-fungal) it treats yeast
infections. New research shows that it’s also very high chromium
that makes up glucose tolerance factor and helps to regulate blood sugar
and to some extent weight. Bitter herbs not only have a Biblical basis
but have a long history of use in Europe where they have been
traditionally used as a drink (bitters) before meals to stimulate
digestion. Research demonstrates that they have a powerful
anti-inflammatory action and are anti-oxidants as well. So in addition
to enhancing digestion they have been used to benefit diabetics and to
treat liver and gall bladder disorders. There are many different bitter
herbs, in our formula they are: Shepard’s Purse, Dandelion, Chicory,
Fenugreek, Watercress, Nettle, Blessed Thistle, and Jerusalem Artichoke.
Hopefully just this quick look at a few of the herbs in Genesis gives
you an idea of how important this amazing, divinely inspired formula can
be for your health. Aside from helping to fight off a number of acute
problems you may be faced with, these herbs will help your body enhance
it’s digestion and improve your overall immune system to help delay or
improve many of the age related problems that face our ever aging
society. Let Symmetry’s Genesis be the foundation of your quest for
better health through foods, after all, these are the foods or herbs
most often mentioned in the sacred scriptures for supporting your body,
your mind, your spirit.
Of further interest? This is from the Holman Bible Dictionary:
Modern doctors and Bible students have an almost impossible task as
they try to diagnose accurately ailments mentioned in the Bible. Various
infectious diseases undoubtedly accounted for a large number of the
cases of serious illness and death. Nutritional deficiencies, birth
defects, and injuries were common. The symptoms produced by these and
other types of physical afflictions were treated by a variety of means.
The Egyptians made more rapid progress in medical knowledge and its
application to patients than did the Babylonians. Their physicians
tended to specialize. Each would limit his practice to one part of the
body, such as the eye, the teeth, or the stomach. Egyptian doctors, like
others, often used herbs in their medications. These were collected from
many areas of the world and were often grown in gardens connected with
the temples of Egypt. Egyptian physicians became respected throughout
the ancient world. Their skill was even admired in a later period by the
Greeks, who eventually became the foremost physicians. The Old Testament
has only a few references to physicians. These persons most likely had
been trained in Egypt. Physicians were called upon to embalm the body of
Jacob (Gen. 50:2). King Asa sought medical care from physicians for his
diseased feet (2 Chron. 16:12).
